ProfilActis

Indication: CANCER

Profilactis is a formulation of paclitaxel combined to exopolysaccharide.

ProfilActis increases immunogenicity (induces heat shock proteins, activates cytokines, chemokine, and co-stimulatory molecules in cancer cells, blocks TGF-beta production in cancer cells).

ProfilActis breaks tolerance to multiple antigens at once and attracts antigen presenting cells (APC) locally.

ProfilActis does not need steps of gamma-irradiation, transformation and expansion.

ProfilActis clinical development can be accelerated because of a track record of safety of paclitaxel.
